By accessing and using Doxxless (“the Service”), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

2. Description of Service

Doxxless provides domain name registration services with cryptocurrency (Solana) payment options. Our services include:

  • Domain name registration and renewal
  • DNS management and configuration
  • WHOIS privacy protection
  • Domain transfer services

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Service. By using Doxxless, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms of Service.

4. Account and Wallet

To use our Service, you must connect a Solana wallet. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the security of your wallet and private keys
  • All activities that occur through your connected wallet
  • Ensuring you have sufficient SOL for transactions and fees

We are not responsible for any loss of funds due to wallet compromise, lost private keys, or incorrect transaction addresses.

5. Domain Registration

5.1 Registration Process

Domain registration is subject to availability and registry policies. Payment in SOL is required to complete registration. Once payment is confirmed on the Solana blockchain, we will process your domain registration.

5.2 Pricing

Domain prices are displayed in SOL and USD equivalent. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price at the time of purchase is final.

5.3 Refunds

Due to the nature of blockchain transactions and domain registration, all sales are final. Refunds are not available once a domain has been registered. If registration fails after payment, we will work to resolve the issue or provide a refund.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our Service for:

  • Any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Infringing on intellectual property rights
  • Distributing malware or engaging in phishing
  • Spamming or sending unsolicited communications
  • Impersonating others or misrepresenting affiliation
  • Interfering with or disrupting the Service
  • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate domains that violate these terms or applicable laws.

7. Domain Disputes

Domain disputes, including trademark disputes, are subject to ICANN's Uniform Domain-Name Dispute-Resolution Policy (UDRP). We will comply with UDRP decisions and applicable laws regarding domain disputes.

8. DNS Services

We provide DNS management services for domains registered through our platform. While we strive for high availability, we do not guarantee 100% uptime. You are responsible for properly configuring your DNS records.

9. Intellectual Property

The Doxxless name, logo, and all related graphics, icons, and service names are trademarks of Doxxless. You may not use these without prior written permission. The Service and its content are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

We are not responsible for any losses resulting from blockchain network issues, wallet vulnerabilities, or cryptocurrency volatility.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DOXXLESS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Doxxless and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause or notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Domain registrations will remain valid until their expiration date, subject to registry policies.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
